VConnect USA LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Standards We Follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the technical standard widely referenced in U.S. accessibility law (ADA, Section 508). We also test against assistive technologies including JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver.
Accessibility Features
- Keyboard navigation — all interactive elements (menus, forms, modals) are reachable and operable by keyboard alone
- Semantic HTML — proper headings, landmarks, and ARIA labels for screen readers
- Color contrast — WCAG AA minimum ratios for text (4.5:1 body, 3:1 large)
- Alt text on all meaningful images; decorative images marked appropriately
- Form labels visible and programmatically associated with inputs
- Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements
- Resizable text — content reflows up to 200% zoom without loss of function
- Reduced motion — animations respect the OS “prefers-reduced-motion” setting

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, we want to know. Email accessibility@vconnectusallc.com with the page URL and a description. We aim to respond within 5 business days and remediate verified issues within 30 days where possible.
Known issues currently being addressed: legacy PDF datasheets in the document library may not be fully accessible — we’re working with manufacturers to provide accessible versions.
