How Net-30 Works
You place an order. We ship. We send an invoice with the goods. Payment is due 30 days from the invoice date. Pay by ACH, wire, or check.
No interest accrues during the net-30 window. No paperwork to sign per order — apply once and use it on every qualifying order.
Who Qualifies
- Established U.S. businesses (1+ year operating)
- Valid EIN (Employer Identification Number)
- 2+ trade references with positive payment history
- Annual revenue minimums vary by credit limit requested
Sole proprietors and brand-new businesses can still buy from us — just not on net-30 terms initially. After 3+ paid orders by ACH/wire, we’ll review for net-30 eligibility.
Apply for Net-30
Open a business account and select “Apply for Net-30” on the application. We’ll request:
- Business legal name and EIN
- Years in business and annual revenue range
- 2 trade references (suppliers you currently buy from on terms)
- Bank reference (optional but speeds approval)
Most decisions come back within 2 business days.
Credit Limit
Initial credit limits typically range from $5,000 to $50,000 based on business size and trade references. As you build payment history with us, we automatically review and increase limits — most accounts double their limit within 12 months of consistent on-time payment.
For larger limits ($100K+), additional financial documentation may be required.
Late Payments
We send a friendly reminder 5 days before due date and one on the due date. After 30 days late, we may pause net-30 privileges and reduce your credit limit. After 60 days late, the account moves to collections.
Life happens — if you anticipate paying late, contact your account manager before the due date. We’re reasonable when you communicate.
