VConnect Business accepts return requests for eligible products subject to approval.

Returns & RMA Policy (B2B)

  • Customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any item.
  • Products must be returned in original condition and packaging unless otherwise approved.
  • Custom orders, special-order items, or used products may not qualify for returns.
  • Return requests should be submitted within the eligible return period after delivery.
  • Approved refunds or replacements are processed after inspection of returned products.
