VConnect Business is intended solely for legally registered businesses, organizations, and authorized representatives. By purchasing, you confirm that:
- You are authorized to act on behalf of your organization
- All provided business details are accurate
- You have authority to enter binding agreements
We reserve the right to verify business credentials and reject applications.
3. Product Information & Sourcing
All products are sourced from verified manufacturers in China and Hong Kong. While we strive for accuracy, product specifications, packaging, and branding may vary due to supplier updates.
4. Pricing & Quotations
- Prices are based on bulk quantities and may change without notice
- Formal quotations are valid for a limited period (typically 7–15 days)
- Shipping, duties, and taxes may be quoted separately
- Errors in pricing may be corrected before order confirmation
5. Orders & Acceptance
Orders are not binding until accepted by VConnect USA LLC. We reserve the right to:
- Reject or cancel orders
- Limit quantities
- Request additional verification
6. Payment Terms
We offer flexible payment options:
- Advance payment (full or partial)
- Net-30 terms (subject to approval)
- Bank transfers and approved payment gateways
Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services.
7. Shipping, Logistics & Risk
Orders are fulfilled via U.S.-based warehouses and freight partners.

- Risk transfers upon shipment dispatch
- Buyer is responsible for unloading and receiving goods
8. Inspection & Acceptance
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery. Any claims must be submitted within 5 business days, including:

Failure to report within the timeframe constitutes acceptance.
9. Returns & RMA
Returns require prior authorization (Return Merchandise Authorization – RMA).

- Fraudulent activity
- Non-payment

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state jurisdiction.
